Delete your account and data.
You can ask us to delete your NINJAworkspace or TotalControl account at any time, for any reason, without contacting support first. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.
Settings → Account → Delete account.
Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, the request is queued immediately.
Write to us and we will do it for you.
Email jr@ninjaworkspace.com from the address on the account, or call 917-309-9917. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done. We do not ask you to justify the request.
What is deleted, and what we have to keep.
Deleted permanently
- Your profile, name, email address and phone number
- Your messages, calls, files and media stored on our servers
- Your contacts, groups and workspace memberships
- Device tokens, push registrations and session records
- Engagement and analytics records tied to your account
- Website visitors and assessment users: email jr@ninjaworkspace.com with the email you used, or the date, time and page of your visit; we delete visit records, assessment results and enquiries, including the copies held by our form-delivery, scheduling and analytics providers, within 30 days.
Retained, and why
- Billing and transaction records, where tax and accounting law requires us to keep them
- Records we are legally obliged to preserve, for as long as that obligation lasts
- Messages you sent to other people, in their copy of the conversation — we cannot delete another person's data on your behalf
- Backups, which are purged on their normal rotation and never restored to reinstate a deleted account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If your account was created for you by a company using TotalControl or NINJAworkspace under their own brand, that company is the controller of the account — we will action your request and notify them. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
