We put the setup fee on the line, in writing. Here is exactly what we promise, how it is measured, and what happens if we miss.
Live in 60 days, or setup is free.
The 60-day clock starts the day you hand us your logo, service catalog and customer list. If your branded app is not built, loaded with your catalog and customers, and working for you and your customers within 60 days, your setup fee is waived — or refunded in full if you already paid it. Days waiting on your materials pause the clock. That risk is ours.
Pays for itself in year one, or your setup fee back.
Your first year starts once your app is live. From that day your command center counts the revenue it recovers — renewals completed in the app, failed payments recovered, win-backs, add-ons. If that counter does not pass everything you paid us in your first year, we refund your setup fee. The measurement is on your screen the whole time, not in our spreadsheet.

One setup-fee refund maximum across both guarantees. Claims within 60 days of the guarantee period ending, in writing to jr@ninjaworkspace.com. Guarantee two needs your account in good standing and your subscription active through your first year. The full terms come as a rider attached to every founding-operator agreement.
