Nynja Technologies Inc., a Nevada corporation, doing business as NINJAworkspace. Originally effective August 10, 2023; restated August 29, 2026.
Acceptance
Using this website or the TotalControl service constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update them; continued use confirms acceptance of the revised terms.
Your content and your data
You retain ownership of and responsibility for content and customer data you submit, and you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to it. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how we use website and assessment data.
Intellectual property
The platform, website, products and services are the property of Nynja Technologies Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Prohibited: unlawful, discriminatory or harassing content; attempts at unauthorized access; malware; spam; fraudulent misrepresentation; and unauthorized data collection.
Third-party content
We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to or content they carry.
Service guarantees
Founding-operator agreements include the Double Guarantee as a rider. Except as expressly provided there, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim indirect and consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification and governing law
